Question 1

How much does executive search cost?

Accepted Answer

Our fee is 10–15% of the hired candidate's annual salary. The exact rate depends on the seniority of the role, the market and the complexity of the search. Payment terms are agreed individually with each client.

Question 2

Which roles and industries do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We search for C-level, VP and Head-of leaders for IT and tech companies. We work across gaming, game development, security, e-commerce, PSP, social networking, EdTech and FinTech, with candidates and clients in the United States, Poland, Spain, Cyprus, Germany, the Baltic States, Israel and Ukraine.

Question 3

How do you keep the search confidential?

Accepted Answer

Confidentiality is part of every step, protecting both your reputation and the candidate's privacy. We approach candidates individually, share company details only with qualified and interested people, and never publish the role as an open vacancy. When the engagement or its confidentiality requirements call for it, we sign NDAs with both the client and the candidates.

Question 4

How is executive search different from full-cycle recruitment?

Accepted Answer

Executive search is built for leadership roles where the best candidates are not looking for a job. Instead of working with applicants, we map the market and approach passive leaders directly, with deeper assessment and strict confidentiality. For mid-level and senior specialist roles, our Full-cycle Recruitment service is usually the better fit.
